Marjatta Bredeshave

The master plan for the 240,000-square-meter site was developed when the Marjatta Foundation acquired the Bredeshave estate. One of the main buildings on the site, spanning 1,600 square meters, is designed as a multifunctional cultural center featuring a theater, a café, and educational facilities.
